At Bésame Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage-inspired beauty purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on new or gently used items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original vintage-style packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Refund Processing

  Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
